John is the senior partner of the firm and head of the company/commercial team.

John is experienced in the areas of corporate finance & banking, group reorganisation, management buy-ins, management buy-outs, sale or purchase of businesses, sale or purchase of shares, share issues, joint ventures, venture capital agreements, computer agreements, distribution agreements, franchises, patent and trade mark licensing, software contracts, consultancy agreements, directors’ service agreements and shareholder agreements.

John combines his legal expertise with a keen appreciation of each client’s commercial interests. He acts for both local, national and international businesses and is president of the Banbury & District Chamber of Commerce.
