International Collections

We have an internal collection team for international debts. If our initial attempts to collect are unsuccessful, we have contacts with agencies, lawyers and embassies all over the world, which means we are able to recover debts, often without having to issue Court proceedings. If, with your agreement, we refer the debt to one of our agents abroad, you will be liable for their fees in addition to our own.

Our international credit controllers can also arrange for absconded debtors to be traced with any follow up collection procedures if required.
