Jocelyn trained and qualified in 2001 with Barlow Lyde and Gilbert in London where she was involved primarily with professional negligence, contract and intellectual property disputes and spent eight months working in Hong Kong.  Following a year with Brockmans in Hampshire, Jocelyn joined Spratt Endicott at the beginning of 2005.

Jocelyn acts for both companies and individuals nationally.  Her commercial approach to case management often results in the resolution of disputes through mediation or settlement meetings rather than litigation.

She advises on most aspects of commercial litigation, with a particular interest in contract, partnership, professional negligence and intellectual property disputes.

She is currently studying at Nottingham Law School for her Post Graduate Diploma in Commercial Intellectual Property.
