Paula Green is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department.

She qualified in 1999 and worked in London for the media and entertainment firm, Sheridans, before joining Spratt Endicott in May 2006.

Paula advises on a broad range of litigation issues which include contractual and commercial disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery and insolvency. 

Her experience includes dealing with intellectual property disputes regarding infringement of copyright, trade marks, domain name, passing off and trade secrets/confidential information.

Paula also acts for both landlords and tenants of commercial and residential property and advises on possession actions, dilapidation claims, breach of covenant issues, business tenancy renewals and she has experience of adverse possession claims.

She adopts a commercial approach to cases aiming to manage and resolve disputes in a cost effective way through negotiation, mediation or the Courts.
