The Team
Ann Barker leads the team. She was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1996 and as a Member of the Law Society Family Panel in 2002. Ann has a wealth of experience in family law matters including high net value financial cases, cohabitee disputes and Children Act cases. Ann is also a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors’ Family Law Association), whose guidelines are adhered to by the Department in resolving family disputes. Ann is the first Banbury based lawyer to qualify as a Collaborative Law Practitioner.
Patrick Mulcare joined Spratt Endicott in March 2006 as a Trainee Solicitor, after spending many years working for a leading language school in Oxford. Patrick has gained a wealth of experience in several departments within the firm and is now settled in the Family Law Department, where he has specialised and remained following his admission as a solicitor in March 2008. Patrick is an Affiliate member of Resolution.
