Two reasons to celebrate!
Spratt Endicott has just achieved registration to the quality management system ISO 9001:2000, through the British Standards Institution and the firm has also recently been recognised as an Investor in People organisation.
Helen Whitty, the firm's Office Manager said:
"We are delighted with these 2 achievements. We have consistently
placed a great deal of importance on our quality procedures and we have
always been fully committed to developing the skills of our staff, and
so it?s great to have both of these recognised officially."
Managing Partner David Endicott commented:
"We'd like to praise all our 85 staff for their support. None of
this could have been achieved without a good solid team of people dedicated
to doing such an excellent job."
Roger Wythe, Assessor for Investor in People concluded in his report:
"There is no doubt that people enjoy working at Spratt Endicott
despite having to work very hard. A concern for people is very evident
and is part of the strategy of the firm in providing excellent service."
