Carol Shaw heads the Employment Law team. She qualified in 1986 and was a partner in the media firm, Davenport Lyons, before moving from London to Banbury, where she worked for Shoosmiths. She then ran her own successful practice before joining Spratt Endicott in 2002.

Carol is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and has extensive experience of advising both employers and employees, as well as of Employment Tribunal advocacy. She has a very high success rate in Employment Tribunal proceedings on behalf of her clients. Her experience also includes negotiating disputes at boardroom level.
